Can anyone explain to me why some real estate listings still have only one picture of the house? Are home buyers supposed to be clairvoyant or perhaps use their visual acuity and just imagine what it looks like inside?
To save my clients time we often will spend hours sharing web listings and commenting on what we like and don't. The more pictures, the increased likely hood my client will want to tour the home. I seriously recommend a minimum of 10 and please do not use the "panoramic" virtual tours. Not every house in the Oshkosh area has round walls, but judging from the virtual tours some agents are usin,g the perception is circular.
Pictures do not tell the whole story of a house and yes pictures can shade the truth a little bit. However, no pictures tell a lot more truth than the agent might mean to convey. So please, on behalf of my clients and every home buyer out there ... don't be shy, take a picture or twenty.
Daylight savings time is fun

It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. I can look forward to a day of
marketing messages that include a reminder about daylight savings time. I
can count ...
